full control of my emotions and I no longer feel sad, lonely or depressed. I no longer
feel stress or anxiety when problems arise. I now face
problems with a calm relaxed mind and body. I
will not fear a panic attack. If a
panic attack begins, I will relax and breathe calmly and let it pass quickly.
